After almost 7 years, we regret to inform you that JTH Technical Services is no longer in a position to support Tecton products, and will not be accepting intake of any items for repair with immediate effect.
Any products which have already been booked into our returns system will be processed as normal and a quote provided if repairable, if they are not repairable these items will be returned in their current state to the usual customer delivery address.

After 30 years of service, in 2018 Tecton Limited ceased trading.

We are currently servicing and repairing Tecton products, we also offer technical support.

JTH Technical Services Ltd are comprised of a team who were previous long term employees at Tecton Limited so rest assured if you are looking to have your Tecton product repaired or serviced, we have the experience and means to help.

Tecton product servicing:

We can service and repair the majority of Tecton products, we hold a large stock of components and spares and have the means to secure more going forward. We can supply replacement Tecton Darlex Hard disks, and replacement Tecton Liberator Hard disks. We are keen to emphasise that Tecton products will be serviced and repaired by experienced ex-Tecton employees, your Tecton product will not be sent 'around the houses' to get repaired.

Products which we are servicing and repairing include (but are not limited to) the Tecton Drax Multiplexer, Tecton Darlex and Tecton Digital Drax DVR family of products, Tecton Liberator & Tecton Servalan NVRs, VMMOs.
